Biological Sample Testing
Cell counting is any of various methods for the counting or similar quantification of cells in the life sciences, including medical diagnosis and treatment. It is an important subset of cytometry, with applications in research and clinical practice.
Cell viability, defined as the number of healthy cells in a sample, determines the amount of cells (regardless of phase around the cell cycle) that are living or dead, based on a total cell sample.
At Baden Research and Testing Lab, we help our partners and clients to check and determine optimal growth conditions of cell populations maintained in culture.
At our laboratory, we are able to determine the levels of protein content of any samples for any testing purpose.
We check and estimate protein molecular weight using the SDS-PAGE (sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis) method
Bacterial and/or Fungi Sterility Test
For bacterial and fungi sterility test, we order utilize the state of the art BACT/ALERT® 3D Microbial Detection Systems from France.
