Multiskan™ GO Microplate Reader

This versatile platform facilitates a broad spectrum of assays. It enables protein quantification through Bicinchoninic Acid (BCA) analysis and performs Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assays (ELISAs) for a wide range of target molecules, offering flexibility in your research design.

μDrop Plate

Functioning in conjunction with the Multiskan™ GO Spectrophotometer, this instrument provides rapid and reliable micro-volume quantification of DNA, RNA, and protein samples, ideal for precious or limited samples.

Molecular Weight Analysis

We offer Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate-Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) to determine the molecular weight of protein samples. This technique allows for the separation and visualization of proteins based on their size, providing valuable information about protein composition for protein identification and characterization purposes.

Cell Count and Viability Analysis

Our lab utilizes advanced automated cell counters, including Muse® counters, for rapid and accurate assessments of cell health and growth. These instruments provide precise cell counts and viability measurements. Muse counters offer the additional capability of analyzing cell cycle phases, providing valuable insights into cell proliferation rates and overall health.

Microscopic Imaging

Our laboratory is equipped with both light and state-of-the-art EVOS fluorescent microscopes. These versatile systems allow detailed visualization of cells and tissues, enabling researchers to observe morphology, structure, and even track specific features using fluorescent tags.

Flow Cytometry Analysis

We offer flow cytometry services using the Attune flow cytometer. This powerful technique allows for the simultaneous analysis of individual cells based on their size, complexity, and the presence of fluorescent markers. This facilitates the investigation of cell populations, subpopulations, and their characteristics.

Gene Amplification and Expression Analysis

Our laboratory is equipped with advanced platforms for nucleic acid amplification, including conventional Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) and quantitative Real-Time PCR (qRT-PCR These techniques enable researchers to not only detect the presence of specific genes but also quantify their expression levels, providing valuable insights into gene activity and regulation.

Porcine Contaminant Detection (Halal) Testing Services

We employ both rapid tests (RTK) and qRT-PCR techniques to ensure the absence of pig-derived materials in products and samples.

pH Determination

Our laboratory is equipped with pH meters to accurately measure and monitor the correct acidity or alkalinity of samples as needed, ensuring optimal conditions for experiments and applications.
